By accessing this website or engaging Corvalis Digital Hub for any service, including web development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, graphic design, Amazon KDP publishing, or SEO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We provide website development (static, CMS/WordPress, business, and e-commerce sites), custom web applications, mobile app development and app store publishing, graphic design (flyers, posters, social media packs), Amazon KDP book writing, cover design and publishing, and additional services such as domain registration, hosting setup, and ongoing maintenance. Exact scope, pricing, and delivery timelines for a specific project are confirmed in writing (quote, invoice, or proposal) before work begins, and estimated timeframes depend on project complexity and timely client feedback. Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed at the outset; additional revisions beyond that scope may incur extra charges. Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and any credentials or access needed to complete the work.
All website content, branding, and design elements of this site remain the property of Corvalis Digital Hub. For client projects, ownership of the final agreed deliverables (e.g. website code, designs, published files) transfers to the client upon full payment, except for third-party assets, licensed stock content, and open-source tools, which remain subject to their own licenses. Until full payment is received, all work remains our property. We may showcase completed, non-confidential work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Pricing is quoted per project based on scope and complexity. We typically require an upfront deposit before starting work, with the balance due on delivery or at agreed milestones, payable via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card where supported. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time and resources already committed. Work will not be delivered, published, or handed over until payment in full has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ongoing costs such as domain renewal, hosting, and app store fees are the client's responsibility unless covered under an agreed maintenance package.
Our services and this website are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. sales, traffic, or search rankings), as these depend on factors outside our control, and we are not liable for issues arising from third-party platform changes, client-side modifications made after delivery, or misuse of delivered products. To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, may be referred to the courts of Kenya.
